First Light Daily Dashboard

A personalized morning dashboard — your goals, your routines, your colors, your words. It's the friendliest place to begin: make it yours, and you've learned the whole method on something you'll actually use every day.

Fully customizable Yours in minutes No cost to start
Why I made this

I built this for myself so I could prioritize the important things in my life instead of an endless scroll. Talk to your chat tool, let it know what's important to you, and train it on who you are.

A meal & trip memory journal
Best Meal of My Life

Save the best meals of your life — where you had them, who was there, what made them unforgettable — and see every one pinned to a world map you can look back through.

World map pins Recipe notes Photo memories
Why I made this

I've always wanted to keep a food journal for the meals that mattered — for me and my husband. Now it's fun to track them and add photos, and you can personalize it to look however you want. Advanced setup: connect it to a database so you can share it with someone else.

Keep track of who owes what
Family Money Tracker

Track shared household spending, split costs across family members, and keep a running history of who paid for what — all in one place instead of a spreadsheet nobody wants to open.

Expense splitting Balance tracking Family accounts
Why I made this

Because you know your kid owes you $682 and they keep giving you pushback about it — this keeps a running tally everyone can check. Set it up as a personal loan tracker for accountability, and add your own Venmo so they can pay you back in increments.

Tracking hours, the fun way
Milo's Time Clock

A simple clock-in, clock-out time tracker with clean, exportable hours — an easy, honest way to log time without a spreadsheet or a nagging reminder text.

Clock in / out Exportable hours Simple reports
Why I made this

I built this for Milo — full disclosure, he hates AI and refused to use it, so it never actually got put to work in our house! But it's a real, functional clock-in/clock-out tracker, and it's easy to make it your own: customize it for your kid's chores, homework, or hours, and it's fun because logging time triggers a little surprise. Hours export clean for whoever needs them.

Starter Apps for Your Business

Each one started as a real tool built for a real Seattle-area business — fully working, sample data loaded. Make one your own, or use it as inspiration for something else entirely.

Two ways to use these.

Free — try it, download it, practice
Every starter app above is the real thing, not a demo shell. Click into it live (business apps), or download your own copy and upload it to Claude to practice asking for changes. It won't know your actual business or life yet — that's the practice: you're learning to talk to an AI assistant, and it's learning who you are.
Starter prompt — copy & paste after you upload the file

I'm uploading a template file. Please edit this exact file to match what I tell you — don't rewrite it from scratch or create something new. Ask me one question at a time about what I want changed, and update the file after each answer. Along the way, feel free to ask me about my life or my business too — the more you know about me, the better this gets.

📱 Download on your computer where you use Claude — not mobile, for best experience.

Personalizing this on your own is doable — but it's a lot easier if you come to a workshop and let us teach you how.

Lisa

Think of your own — this is just the start.

The apps above are starting points, not the limit. Once you know how to talk to your assistant and adapt something that already works, you can build toward almost anything.

Here are some ideas to get your brain going
  • Beginner: a reading tracker, a recipe box, a simple event countdown, a daily gratitude or goals log
  • Middle: a garden or hobby journal, a volunteer or ministry sign-up sheet, a family travel planner, a home maintenance log
  • Advanced: a client booking system with real scheduling, a multi-page portfolio site, a team dashboard that several people update

Want one built for your business — or your life?

This is exactly what we do together — in a Midlife AI course or a 1:1 session, no tech background needed. We're also currently developing online curriculum and remote options for anyone who can't make it in person.

Where should we send it?

Just your name and email — so we know this template found a home, and can follow up if we ever improve it.

No spam, ever. Just this file, and the occasional note about new templates or workshops.

These are still getting better.

We're building these for real people to actually use. If you tried one, we'd genuinely like to know what worked, what didn't, and what's missing.
