It holds everything I need: a meditation timer with soundscapes, moon phase and astrology, a sobriety counter, live weather for my two cities, Spanish verb drills, a gratitude journal, and a task manager that saves to a real database in real time.

A full property management system I built to track income across multiple units, tenant types, and payment methods — all in one dashboard. It calculates collection rates in real time, flags overdue accounts, carries forward unpaid balances, and tracks a second property alongside the first. Replaced a tangle of spreadsheets entirely.

My favorite part: I photograph a check with my phone, upload it to Claude, and Claude reads it — pulling the amount, payer, and details — then I paste that straight into the app. No manual data entry, no typos. AI doing exactly what it should: the tedious part.
